Welcome to Valli House of Weaves. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of www.vallihouseofweaves.com, including purchases made through our website.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility

You may use this website and place orders only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law.

If you are under 18 years of age, you may use this website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products and Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, colours and other information displayed on the website are accurate. However, minor differences may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, weaving techniques, dyeing processes or the handcrafted nature of certain products.

For sarees, handwoven textiles and traditionally crafted products, minor variations in weave, texture, colour, zari, embroidery or finish may be natural characteristics of the product and may not necessarily be considered defects.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify or limit the quantity of any product at any time.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotional offers and product availability may change without prior notice.

The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of any obvious pricing or technical error.

Where applicable, taxes are included or displayed during checkout in accordance with applicable law.

4. Orders

Placing an order through our website does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the order.

An order is considered accepted after it has been successfully processed and confirmed by Valli House of Weaves.

For prepaid orders, confirmation is generally subject to successful payment authorization.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact the customer by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or another reasonable method to verify the order before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment issues, stock unavailability, incorrect customer information or inability to service the delivery location.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Payment

We may offer payment options including cards, UPI, net banking, wallets and other payment methods supported by our payment gateway partners.

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment service providers. Valli House of Weaves does not directly store complete card details, banking passwords, UPI PINs or similar sensitive authentication information.

Successful payment displayed on your bank or payment application does not by itself constitute order acceptance if the transaction has not been successfully received or confirmed by our systems.

If you experience a payment issue, please contact our support team with your order or transaction details.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes.

For COD orders:

Orders of ₹4,000 and above receive free shipping
COD orders below ₹4,000 attract a flat ₹100 shipping charge
COD availability may depend on location, order value and courier serviceability
We may verify COD orders before dispatch
We reserve the right to restrict COD for repeated cancellations, refusals or unsuccessful deliveries

COD availability may be modified, temporarily suspended or withdrawn at our discretion.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to serviceable locations within India only.

Orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier serviceability.

Delivery estimates are indicative and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, strikes, high-volume sale periods, remote locations or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including the recipient's name, mobile number, address and PIN code.

Valli House of Weaves will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping or re-dispatch charges may apply.

9. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate cancellation requests if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return procedure will need to be followed after delivery.

Valli House of Weaves reserves the right to cancel an order where necessary due to stock issues, payment concerns, technical errors, suspected fraudulent activity or other reasonable circumstances.

10. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to our separate Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable eligibility requirements, timelines and return conditions before requesting a return or exchange.

Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without required tags or packaging may not be accepted.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within the period specified in our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

We may request photographs of the product and packaging and, where available, an unboxing video to help us assess the issue.

Once verified, an appropriate resolution will be provided in accordance with our policy.

12. Promotions, Discounts and Coupons

Promotional codes, sale prices and discounts may be subject to specific conditions, including validity periods, minimum order values, eligible products and usage limits.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, multiple promotional offers may not be combined on the same order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a discount that has been obtained through unauthorized use, technical error, manipulation or abuse of a promotion.

13. Product Images and Colour Representation

We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately.

However, the actual colour of a product may vary slightly from what appears on your device because of differences in screen brightness, display calibration, photography and lighting.

Minor colour differences caused by these factors do not automatically qualify a product as defective.

14. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, introduce malicious software, gain unauthorized access to our systems, use automated tools to misuse the website, impersonate another person, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

You agree not to hold Valli House of Weaves responsible for losses or claims arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person's rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and any mandatory jurisdiction available to consumers, disputes relating to these Terms or transactions with Valli House of Weaves will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
